Dear Madam:

At the mass meeting last week at Cooper Union under the auspices of the Anti-Armament League Miss Benedict read very effectively Ray Stannard Baker's "Last phase of the great war" in the American Magazine for January and spoke with much enthusiasm of the Woman's Peace Party recently inaugurated in Washington.

Having accepted the Chairmanship of the Peace and Arbitration Committee for the New Jersey State Civic Federation I shall much appreciate if you could kindly have sent me any prospectus, data or other printed matter you may have convenient for sending, outlining any plan or suggestions the new organization has toward mediation and accentuating the efforts toward peace.

Thanking you in advance for your courtesy which I shall be glad to reciprocate in any way that I may do so,

Very truly yours,

Fred'k W. Kelsey [signed]
