My dear Miss Addams,
Mrs. Briggs and I are more than pleased to learn that you are coming to our house. If there is anything we can do to make things easier for you while you are in Cambridge, I earnestly hope you will let me know.
If you know the subject or your address, I shall be glad to get it, though the main thing is not the subject but the speaker. The address will be given at Elizabeth [Cary] Agassiz House, the large building in the middle of the Radcliffe Yard. My house is across Brattle Street from Radcliffe College.
Sincerely yours,
L. B. R. Briggs [signed]
Miss Jane Addams
