Biographical Text

Dorcas Miller graduated from Williston Seminary in 1849 and worked as a librarian for Easthampton, Massachusetts' subscription library. In the 1870s, Miller was a host for two Chinese exchange students from the Chinese Educational Commission: Kuang Jingyang and Kuang Bingguang.

Miller never married, and died in 1930.
