My dear Mr Kingsbury

May I [enclose?] 50c to repay you for the lunch money I borrowed, with an apology for the delay. I find that I cannot possibly come to New York this week for the Executive Committee of the Progressive Party, <(Miss Kellor is my proxy.)> but I shall be awfully [page 2] disappointed if I cannot keep in touch with "extreme wing" so to speak. Please write to me in regard to developments.
