My dear Miss Breckinridge

I thank you so much for the copy of the Brieux Plays, I had read them but am delighted to have a copy of my own as the other was loaned.

I lunched with Mrs Rice yesterday, one of the Sage Foundation trustees and a member of the Ex. Com. I quite rubbed in the usefulness of your report in this Juvenile Court [page 2] crisis, if it were only published! She promised to reproach Mr [Glenn].

I have really written a book -- a little one -- perhaps I will send you a rough draft for Miss Abbott & yourself, would it bore you if I chat and could you send suggestions?

Always affectionately yours

Jane Addams.
