Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
Chicago, Illinois.

My dear Miss Addams:

I couldn't do much for you when you were here, but I did a little. I wish that more of us were as brave as you are. But we aren't. Enclosed is a story I ran in the newspapers throughout the country. Mrs. Jones and I enjoyed the two meetings which we attended and also brief visits with Mme. Ramondt and others whom we met in Europe. If you see Mrs. Jenkin Lloyd Jones, please give her our love, and the same to Mrs. Lola Lloyd.

Sincerely yours,

J. E. Jones [signed]

Enclosure.
