My dear Mr. Shiverick:

I am sending you a copy of our Summer School program which, as you see, is a general study of Internationalism from the historic and scientific side. I am in the midst of the Summer School just now and find it impossible to reply to your letter at length. It seems to me, however, to be founded upon rather misleading statements. I am therefore sending it to Miss Balch who is at present in our Headquarters in Washington although she was for some years Secretary of our Women's International League which has its Headquarters, as you may know, in Geneva.

Thanking you for your courteous letter, I am

Faithfully yours,
