American Publicist Dies at His Villa in Switzerland at 58 Years.

GENEVA, Sept. 13 -- Charles Zueblin, publicist, of Winchester, Mass., died suddenly last night at his villa at Corsier, near here, according to friends of his. His wife and daughter Anne were with him at the time.

Mr. Zueblin had been working on a new book entitled "American Historical Characters."

Charles Zueblin was a writer and lecturer on public questions. He was 58 years old, a native of Pendleton, Ind. He became an instructor in sociology at the University of Chicago in 1892, and advanced to a professorship in 1902. Later he edited the Twentieth Century Magazine, but since leaving the Chicago faculty he devoted himself chiefly to writing and lecturing.
