I am sending this back by special delivery with many apologies for the delay. I like it very much, and believe what you say in regard to suffrage and protective legislation. I had meant to write a little suggestion in regard to that earlier humanitarian period and delayed the document in order to do [page 2] that, but it is perhaps just as well that I haven't time.
