My dear Mr Kellogg

I sent you a telegram an hour ago saying that I would send the Xmas message if you ↑could↓ get it in with any timeliness.

I think on the whole that I will send it along anyway, reserving the right "to take it back" if you can't use it fairly soon. Perhaps you won't like it?
