My dear Mr. Kellogg;

The first [sentence] of Chap III should read; "We heard with much enthusiasm the able and discriminating annual message delivered by the President in December, 1915."

The next correction should read; "speech in the Senate which forecast his fourteen points."

For confirmation see a book by Robinson and West entitled "The Foreign Policy of Woodrow Wilson" pages 293, 362.

I will write about the last chapter later. I am just leaving for Madison.

With ↑immense gratitude but much haste,
