Circular Letter to Secretaries of National Sections (B)

Series 1922
B 3

Geneva, February 28, 1922.

Dear Madam,

We are sending out a letter to Members of the Executive Committee and Consultative Members proposing that we hold the Executive Committee meeting at Geneva immediately after the Meeting of the "Save the Children" Committee which is convoked here for March 23 and 24.

I am proposing the enclosed PROVISIONAL AGENDA and beg to hear from you as soon as possible if there are any proposals in regard to it from your Section.

It will be very interesting to the Executive Committee if you can report at the March meeting as to some or all of the following points:

1) the [organization] of your section, the number of organized local groups, the approximate number of members, your annual budget and the arrangement as to dues.

2) the action, if any, taken in regard to the various lines of activity specifically recommended by vote of the Congress at Vienna to National Sections. These will be found marked in the copy of the Resolutions sent you herewith.

Hoping to hear from you very soon,

I am, sincerely yours,

(Signed) Emily G. Balch
