My dear Mrs. Odell: --

Owing to Washington's Birthday, your letter came too late for me to telegraph. I should very much prefer the meeting a little later but will, of course, come the days decided upon.

The situation in regard to our chairman of the Pan-American Relations Committee was very much confused owing to some difficulties concerning Miss Nichols and her Mexican Committee. I will write Miss Kittredge about it and will ask her to communicate with you.

I hope very much you will soon hear from Miss Balch and hope that at least one of the French speakers can be secured to go about with Gertrud Baer.

Faithfully yours,

Jane Addams [signed]
