LIGUE INTERNATIONALE DE FEMMES POUR LA PAIX ET LA LIBERTÉ
Dear Edith Abbott:
We are most grateful for the newpsaper which comes each day and how interesting the world is just now!
We were quite homesick for you yesterday when we came up to the end of [our little] R. R. and had a most enchanting view. If you can possibly manage it, do come up someday [page 2] to lunch and we will take you to the next stop for the afternoon -- you could still reach Geneva by 930 P.M. unless you would stay all night.
It is so nice to know that Grace's appointment is settled. The U.S.A. is the one to be congratulated.
Please "read & destroy" the [enclosed] H.H. letters which may amuse you.
Always devotedly yours
