6 APR 1921 [stamped]
My dear Miss [Addams],
I am sending you under separate cover a copy of the first issue of the International Labour Review, dated January 1921. This issue has been long delayed because of the difficulties of building up a competent editorial staff and the equally great difficulty of getting the printing in English done in Geneva. I trust that you will take these matters into consideration in reading and [criticizing] this first issue of the International Labour Review.
I wish to call your attention especially to the foreword of the Review and to the first two special articles dealing with the International Labour [Organization].
I should be very glad to hear from you personally at any time in regard to the plan and form of the Review; any suggestions you desire to make will, I assure you, be heartily welcomed.
Yours sincerely,
