200,000 Prisoners Without Shelter in Siberia

GENEVA, Dec. 25. -- The International Red Cross has sent out an appeal in behalf of the prisoners of war in Siberia. Two hundred thousand prisoners, for the most part Austrians and Hungarians, many of whom were captured in 1914, are living without shelter and virtually without clothing and little food.
