Biographical Text

Sarah F. Blaisdell was Addams' former Rockford professor of ancient languages. She stayed in touch with Addams even after her graduation. Blaisdell became Principal in Rockford in 1880; she was a teacher of Latin and Greek at Rockford for twenty years.

Blaisdell died in 1906.
