Jane Addams to Paul Underwood Kellogg, November 28, 1918

1925 F St

Washington D.C

My dear Mr Kellogg

I can't tell you how disappointed I am to miss all of the meetings for Friday and Saturday.

There seems to be no hope for it unless you have something on Saturday evening. It seemed for best to leave here yesterday when there was a prospect of getting real things done on [page 2] Friday and I telepgraphed Miss Wald to give my report about lunch.

My only free time in N.Y. seems to be Saturday evening or Sunday morning. I do hope that I can see you one of those times. I not only want to see the Reconstruction plan but I want to get all I can about the [page 3] League of Nations which is decidedly our next step all along the line I hope.

You have been fine about both of them. Please telephone to Miss Wald's so that we may make an appointment. Hastily yours

Jane Addams
