Elizabeth Lowell Putnam (1862-1935), Massuchusetts philanthropist, was the second oldest sister of the poet Amy Lowell (1874-1925). She founded the Massachusetts Milk Consumers' Association which worked for federal regulations on milk pasteurization standards. She was also a prenatal healthcare activist.
