My dear Miss Breckinridge:
Miss Addams has signed the enclosed lease for three months from October first to December 31st, for the office which we now have, and it will be necessary for you to sign it also.
Mrs. Karsten has left it with me and has asked me to forward it to you for this purpose. We would be very glad indeed to have it returned to us as soon as possible.
