My dear Mrs. Burch:

Miss Addams has just received your letter which was sent to New York and forwarded to her in Chicago, and she asks me to express to you her thanks for your very kind invitation to come to the Washington Branch of the Woman's Peace Party last Monday. She hopes that the meeting was a great success.

We have been holding weekly meetings during the month of June and have been amazed at the interest shown in these meetings. People seemed to be very glad to take advantage of the opportunity to get together.
