February 15th, 1916.
My dear Miss Gulliver:
Your letter addressed to Miss Addams has been referred to this office, in her absence, and I take pleasure in sending you herewith five copies of the Constitution of the Woman's Peace Party, adopted at the Washington Annual Meeting in 1916, and ten copies of the Congressional Program, adopted at the same time.
I find in our files a letter from the Woman's Auxiliary of the National Security League, of which Miss Elizabeth Curtiss Nolan is Secretary and Treasurer of the Chicago Branch, 108 South LaSalle Street. I am sure a letter addressed to her would give you the information in reference to the President of the Woman's Organization for Defense, which you desire.
