Dear Miss [Addams], As editor of the Iowa State Teacher's Federation Bulletin, I am asking a short article on the Peace Conference which you attended. Our paper goes into the hands of all Iowa teachers and such a write up from you would be read by all.
The Bulletin is published the last of October -- for distribution at the meeting in November.
